As a creator and innovator, I am dedicated to playing a significant role in the rapidly evolving media landscape and shaping the future of film. Growing up in Redwood City, I was immersed in the digital age and developed a deep fascination with the power of moving images to captivate and inform audiences.

With years of experience working for renowned networks such as HBO, Netflix, NBC Peacock, Food Network, and many more, I have developed an unparalleled ability to bring compelling stories to life. My expertise in visual storytelling has driven me to start Backlit Buhr Media, where I am committed to using the essential tools of production to create content that entertains, informs, and positively impacts lives.

To pursue my passion, I studied Film and Media at the University of California, Irvine, with a minor in Digital Filmmaking. After graduation, I honed my craft as a freelancer, collaborating with a diverse range of talented filmmakers, and specializing in on-camera work.
